You can transfer a subscription to another address in Torbay. If you move house, you need to call our contact centre to arrange a transfer.
It is your responsibility to take the bin to your new property.
If you move out of our collection area, please leave your bin(s) for the new residents. We cant issue a refund if you leave the area. If you pay by Direct Debit you need to remember to cancel your Direct Debit.
