Recycling delays

We’d like to apologise for the recent delays to some recycling collections.

Our crews are continuing to work hard to catch up following some disruption to the service. However, due to further staff shortages, we are still working to get fully back up to date.

We understand how frustrating this can be. We really appreciate your patience while we get things back on track. Please leave your recycling containers at the kerbside if they haven't yet been collected. Our crews will empty them as soon as possible.

Missed collections

There’s no need to report a missed collection unless it’s been more than 2 working days since your usual collection date.
