We’d like to apologise for the recent delays to some recycling collections.

Our crews are continuing to work hard to catch up following some disruption to the service. However, due to further staff shortages, we are still working to get fully back up to date - we estimate that it may take a couple of weeks before we are back on schedule.

We understand how frustrating this can be and really appreciate your patience while we get things back on track. Please leave your recycling containers at the kerbside if they haven't yet been collected, and our crews will empty them as soon as possible.

Please note - there’s no need to report a missed collection unless it’s been more than 2 working days since your usual collection date.
