Your waste and recycling collections over the festive period will be different from your usual day of the week. Our collection days will return to normal from Monday 19 January 2026.

Our collection days will return to normal from Monday 19 January. Alternatively call SWISCo on 01803 701310 and their customer support team will be happy to help you with your dates.
If you have a very large amount of cardboard or other packaging though, you might want to take this to the Recycling Centre but you will need to book first.
The Recycling Centre is open throughout the Christmas and New Year period except Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December, Saturday 27 December and Thursday 1 January. If you are planning to go to the Recycling Centre, you need to book a slot first.
