When we send you a summons £60.00 court costs will be added to your account. If you do not pay in full, including these costs by the court date on the summons, the magistrates will grant a liability order for the amount owed and an additional £25.00 court costs will be added to your account.
If you don’t pay in full by the court date on the summons, the magistrates will grant a liability order for the amount owed, this then authorises us to take recovery action to collect the debt.

The magistrate will not be able to change the amount you owe.
