Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) are made to control the flow of traffic and make sure that people park safely and conveniently. They can only be introduced following the appropriate legal process.
There are currently no On Street Pay and Display Traffic TROs being proposed.

Locations included: All Torbay Council on street pay and display locations.
Current Status: Notice of Variation advertised on 2 April 2026, new charges will come into effect as of 24 April 2026.
