Send us documents to support your household support scheme application.
Once you have applied you must send us the documents we need that support your application.
The maximum total size you can upload is 12Mb.
You can send us your documents in these formats:
- jpg
- png
- Word
Submit your supporting documents
You can also send us your documents by:
- emailing them to welfaresupport@torbay.gov.uk
- post them to Welfare Support, Torbay Council, Town Hall, Castle Circus, TQ1 3DR
- put them in the Welfare Support post box on the corner of the Town Hall
Unfortunately, your claim might take longer if give us paper documents.
