The scheme is discretionary and there is no statutory right to an appeal or review.
We may look at a decision to award help through the fund if you write or email us to ask for us too.
Where possible a senior officer not involved in the original decision will do this. Their decision will be final and you can not ask us to do this again.
If you are still unhappy then you can make a complaint. You can not make a complaint until we have done a review.
