All age related cards will be automatically renewed and should be with you 3 to 4 weeks before your current pass expires.

We will use your existing photograph on your current card or you can choose to upload or email us a new one.

If you have not used your card within the last 12 months it may not automatically renew, if this is the case simply email the team 3 weeks prior to the expiry date and this will be renewed for you manually. Similarly, if your card has expired and you would like a replacement we will be able to issue a replacement card but only if the data we hold on file for you has not changed. Disability related cards do not automatically renew. If your card is due to expire and you have not used the online application form before then please apply for a renewal under the section ‘don’t yet have an online account’ the same way as you would for a new card. If you have previously applied online please log in under ‘already have an account’ and manage your renewal from there.

If you do not notify us of an address change eight weeks before your current pass is due to expire and we send a concessionary travel pass to a previous address that we have for you, then you will also need to pay £10 to update your details and reissue a pass to the correct address if you still require a pass.
