If you are a Refugee or have Humanitarian Protection in Torbay and you are at risk of becoming homeless, please contact the Housing Options team for advice.
The Housing Options team can provide urgent or non-urgent advice, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

The team will get in touch with you to ask for information about:
- you
- your household and
- what has happened for you to become homeless.
We may also ask you to provide evidence of your visa status.
Emergency contact
If you become homeless and need to speak to someone outside of office hours, there is an emergency out-of-hours service. This is only for urgent situations. They cannot give general advice.

If you are in danger or are at risk of violence, you should call the police on 999.
