Reaching an agreement with liquidators for us to resume the management of these spaces is a crucial first step in securing the long-term future of these treasured spaces and ensuring that they can continue to be enjoyed by residents and visitors.
SWISCo will be taking on the day-to-day management of the green spaces, ensuring that they remain safe, accessible and well-kept.
Yes, all of the car parks remain open to the public.
We will be installing pay and display machines at these car parks. These will be operational from Monday 22 December.
These were initially only accepting cash only, however, we have been able to create a temporary solution to enable visitors to pay via the RingGo app (subject to signal).
A temporary RingGo code will be available in Berry Head car park from Wednesday 24 December, and in the other car parks early the week commencing Monday 29 December. Timings may vary between car parks.
Visitors should follow signage at individual car parks for further instructions.
We will be installing other machines next year and it is our intention (subject to signal) that permanent RingGo codes will be available later in January as well.
It is our intention to honour existing, valid TCCT car parking permits until 31 March 2026 or until they expire (if they expire before 31 March 2026). This will allow members to park without needing a separate ticket.
From Wednesday 1 April 2026 we will require anyone parking to pay on the basis of the council's fees. Visitors should follow signage displayed at individual car parks and there is more information about car parks on our website.
We do offer a range of car park permits that can be used to park in Torbay Council car parks. There is more information about car park permits on our website.
Yes, valid Torbay Council car park permits can be used in the TCCT car parks. This includes My Bay permits. There is more information on our website.

We did not have any involvement with TCCT memberships and therefore are unable to offer refunds. However, Appointed liquidators, PKF Francis Clark, have more information for members, donors and sponsors on their website, including details of how to submit a claim for any unused periods of membership.
We are currently preparing to resume management of the green spaces previously leased by the Trust. These have now been transferred to the council and SWISCO will take on the day-today management.
Any issues with parks and green spaces including issues with trees, overgrown grass, pathways, and littering can be reported on SWISCo’s website.

We will continue to honour any existing arrangements members of the community had with TCCT, in relation to burial plots at Conqueror Wood. Any questions about this should be directed to SWISCo at info@swisco.co.uk
