Work started on this project in July 2022 with the removal of the old buildings and essential grounds works took place to prepare the site for redevelopment.
Classic Builders started work in March 2023 on building the new business facilities.
By investing in and redeveloping the site we will be able to provide space for small businesses and make improvements to the public space.
The community has helped us to shape the final design to ensure that the space feels safe for all users at all times of the day.
