Edginswell Business Park is becoming one of Torbay’s high-profile locations. It is close to the South Devon Highway and a new railway station is being built in 2024.
The site offers visible and employment space. Wickes and BOWA MEDICAL UK have confirmed that they will be based on the site.
We have been able to open the space for development after our successful bid for funding from the Heart of the South West LEP’s ‘Getting Building Fund’. Using the £2.5million awarded we can deliver essential infrastructure works to ensure the site is ready for development.
We expect building work for the new store to start in the spring of 2022.
The 30,000 sq. ft store will create 30 new jobs and provide a wide range of home improvement choices for customers.
