Claylands Business Park is off Brixham Road in Paignton.
We secured £2million of Unlocking Growth Fund from the Heart of the South West LEP to get the site ready for development. The site also received £8million from us in response to interest from a local manufacturing company.
The Business Park now houses a purpose-built factory for CSS Group, which supplies high-tech parts for aerospace and defence companies, and exports to over 25 countries.
We are currently exploring options to expand the site to provide up to 45,000 square feet of space.
