The beautiful sandy beach of Watcombe is an idyllic spot surrounded by cliffs and wooded hillsides.
There is a steep path that leads down to the beach which passes through mature woodland and opens out to reveal a small cove, with spectacular scenery.
Watcombe beach is just a few miles north of Babbacombe and well within reach of Torquay Town.

- Follow a wide and very steep path down to the beach. Nearer the end there are 83 steps to go down.
- Once on the promenade there are steps and a slope down to the beach
