We are currently experiencing significantly high demand for subject access requests and therefore there are delays in processing these types of requests.   We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have had to change the way that some of our services operate to meet the guidelines set out by the government in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

For each disclosure listed, there is a brief description of what was requested, the date it was processed and a link to the answer.

Sometimes there may be too much information to be provided within the answer file. If this happens we will tell you about other ways of getting this information on the disclosure log document.

Not all information is published on the Disclosure Log, for example requests which relate to personal data or third parties will not be included.

Other information which we think is in the public interest is already available in our Publication Scheme.
