Accessibility - Yes, our Warm Space is fully accessible and welcoming to people with disabilities, including both physical and non-physical needs. The building has level access with no steps at the entrance or within the rooms used, making it suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
A fully accessible disabled toilet is also available on site. We are also happy to make additional reasonable adjustments where required — such as providing quieter spaces, extra assistance, or tailored support — to ensure that all individuals can participate fully in our Warm Space activities.
Our Community Café provides free hot drinks, cakes, and food (including warm food such as toasties and crumpets) every Thursday morning in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. It is open to everyone, with no eligibility criteria, and offers a vital space where local residents can find warmth, comfort, and companionship.
