If you receive a paper payment schedule for Housing Benefit payments you can request to receive these electronically via our MyTorbay portal. If you would like to do this, please apply to receive an electronic payment schedule.
Once we receive your form and have completed our verification checks we will contact you with your login details for our customer portal – MyTorbay

*Council Tax and Business Rates documents, including bills, can be received electronically but must be requested once logged into your account.
Only one login can be created per payee reference. However multiple users can access the account concurrently, therefore if you require different users to access the information and documents available in the portal you will need to share the login details internally.
If you have more than one payee reference you will need to be setup with separate logins. Unfortunately, we are not able to show multiple payee reference details under a single account login.
If you currently access your schedule electronically via TorbayDirect it is recommended that you make the switch to the MyTorbay portal as TorbayDirect is gradually being phased out.
