Request online payment schedule

If you receive a paper payment schedule for Housing Benefit payments you can request to receive these electronically via our MyTorbay portal. If you would like to do this, please apply to receive an electronic payment schedule.

Once we receive your form and have completed our verification checks we will contact you with your login details for our customer portal – MyTorbay

Sign in to MyTorbay Business

As well as accessing Housing Benefit payment schedules via MyTorbay you will also be able to do the following:

  • Viewing and downloading Housing Benefit payment schedules
  • Viewing and downloading Housing Benefit notification letters
  • Viewing Housing Benefit tenant claims

It will also allow access to:

  • Council Tax account details if liable or previous liability*
  • Business Rates accounts if liable or previous liability *

*Council Tax and Business Rates documents, including bills, can be received electronically but must be requested once logged into your account.

Multiple portal logins

Only one login can be created per payee reference.  However multiple users can access the account concurrently, therefore if you require different users to access the information and documents available in the portal you will need to share the login details internally.

More than one payee reference

If you have more than one payee reference you will need to be setup with separate logins. Unfortunately, we are not able to show multiple payee reference details under a single account login.

Existing TorbayDirect users

If you currently access your schedule electronically via TorbayDirect it is recommended that you make the switch to the MyTorbay portal as TorbayDirect is gradually being phased out.
