As an individual you have the following rights in relation to how we process your personal data.
Right to be informed
You have the right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal data. We will provide you with a ‘privacy notice’ when you become involved with our services, and these are available on the privacy notice page.
Right of access - Subject Access Request
You are also entitled to be informed why we are processing your information, where it came from and who might be shared with. However, there are some exemptions where this right of access does not apply.
Right to correct or remove incorrect data (rectification)
If you believe your personal data is incorrect or inaccurate, please contact us identifying the information you feel is incorrect and what should be done to correct it.
Right to be forgotten (erasure)
You have the right to request that your personal data is erased from our systems. This is rights only applies in certain circumstances for example where we no longer need to process your information for a specific purpose.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to prevent your personal data being used for direct marketing purposes. You will need to write to the us as the data controller requesting that we stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to prevent automated decision making
You can request that the we limit the way personal data about you is used, where you have a particular reason for wanting the restriction, for example, if you feel information about you is incorrect.
Right to data portability
You have the right to obtain and reuse their personal data for their own purposes across different services and organisations. However, this right only applies where personal data has been provided by you and the processing is based on your consent.
Right to object
You can object to us processing your personal data, where you have an objection based on ‘grounds relating to your particular situation’.
Automated decision making, including profiling
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated means, including profiling where the process produces a legal effect or has a significant impact.
