Proposed Modifications to CIL Submission draft Charging Schedule

Following consideration of representations received on Proposed Modifications to Torbay’s CIL Submission draft Charging Schedule, an Examination Hearing Session on Torbay’s CIL will be held on Wednesday 9th November 2016 (10am) at The Meadfoot Room, Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay TQ1 3DR.

The Independent Examiner will be Mr Keith Holland BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI ARICS of Intelligent Plans and Examinations.

Draft Charging Schedule (DCS) consultation that took place between 9 February 2015 and 23 March 2015
Revised Draft Charging Schedule(RDCS) consultation that took place between 18 March 2016 and 29 April 2016
Proposed Modifications Consultation that took place between 5 September and 17 October 2016
