We are dedicated to keeping our parks and open spaces in excellent condition so everyone has an enjoyable experience. Occasionally issues occur that we need to put right.
We don't have a contract in place to make repairs. They are carried out by our Natural Environment Team if they are minor repairs or the replacements of parts. For any larger issues, we will use the manufacturer or a specialised contractor.
