Submit a complaint to report a problem with a licensed premise.

When to report a premises

Report a licensed premises that

  • is causing a noise disturbance (e.g. pub or club)
  • you think may be breaching the terms of its licence or operating without the appropriate licence.

If you want to know if a premises or a person is licensed you can check the licensing register.

What we need from you

In order for us to investigate your complaint we will need:

  • your name, address and contact number
  • the name and address of the licensed premises
  • details of the complaint

We will not share your details without your consent. Your details may be shared with other responsible authorities such as the Police if they need the information to investigate the complaint.
