Welcome to Torbay Council's interactive web service. On the left hand side of this page you will be able to access the gambling act and licensing act registers, as well as public registers for numerous other licences that the Council issue.
You can complete some licence applications through this interactive web service, including hackney carriage and private hire vehicle licences, licensed driver applications as well as renewal applications. (More application types to follow in due course).
To make an application through the interactive web service, you must first register for an account. Please read the section below before registering.
By registering with us, you will also be able to view your portfolio of applications and licences.
Existing Licence Holder/I have an activation key
If you are an existing licence holder or have been sent a unique activation key and require help activating your account, please view the step by step guide on how to activate your account.
If you are an existing licence holder (or have previously been licensed by our licensing team), please complete a account web form so that we can issue you with a unique client activation key.
New Client
If you are a new client, please register with us by selecting 'Register' on the menu bar at the top of this page.
