Be removed as Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS)

Find out how you can apply to be removed as DPS.

If you are named as a designated premises supervisor (DPS) on a premises licence and want to be removed, you need to tell us.

Fees

There are no fees to be removed as DPS.

How to apply

If you are the premises licence holder

You will need to include:

The premises licence

Please provide a scanned copy or photograph of the premises licence, or the relevant part of it. If you cannot provide this, you will need to explain why.

If you are not the premises licence holder

You will need to:

  • Sent a copy of the notice to the premises licence holder.
  • Ask the premises licence holder to send their premises licence to us within 14 days.

The premises licence holder can send the premises licence via e-mail to licensing@torbay.gov.uk or via post to:

If you cannot send a copy of the premises licence, you need to tell us why on the online application form.

Once you have done this, you will need to register or log in to our customer portal to apply online.

Apply to be removed as the DPS

If you have already started an application and need to complete it, log in to My Torbay and choose ‘pending forms’ from the menu.
