When to advertise your application

You should advertise from the day after you submit your application for 28 consecutive days

You should display a notice which is:

You should add the following details to the notice template:

The name of the applicant.
The name that the premises is known by and the postal address of the premises. If there is no postal address for the premises, write a description that identifies the location and area the premises covers.
Details of the proposed licensable activities, including type(s) of entertainment and operational days and times.
The last date that representations on the premises licence application can be made. This is 28 consecutive days from the day after you submit your application.

Display your notice prominently at the premises.
Make sure it can be read easily from the exterior of the premises.
If a premises covers more than 50m²: Display notices every 50 metres along the external premises boundary, next to any roads.
