How to ensure the representation is valid

Any representations needs to be received by the date set out above and must include:

    • Public Safety
    • The Protection of Children from Harm

We are legally unable to accept representations that do not relate to these four Licensing Objectives.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
