Groundwork South worked with communities in Torbay, supporting biodiversity in green spaces and creating volunteering opportunities.
The charity utilised an additional 12 months of UKSPF funding to make improvements to the public green space at Parkfield House, Paignton.
The project engaged over 100 volunteers to help deliver the project and actively championed community involvement. The project also improved biodiversity in the pond area and reduced the areas flood risk.
This project is now finished, but you can find out more about Groundwork South on their website.
