Local Community Interest Company, Turning Heads, have provided a flexible digital skills programme to: 

• improve digital skills for individuals in Torbay 
• improve digital skills for individuals to further career choices 
• boost core skills and support adults who might be digitally excluded 
• supplement local skills need in Torbay 
• provide tailored support for those experiencing digital barriers and to raise aspirations and confidence to anyone in Torbay.
