As of Monday 22 August, a new single point of contact number for SWISCo Customer Services has been introduced.

SWISCo is a Torbay Council owned company which provides a range of frontline local services in Torbay including waste and recycling collections, commercial waste, highways, street cleansing and grounds maintenance.

The new customer services number is 01803 701310. This replaces the old separate numbers for waste and recycling (701316), commercial waste (701317) and all other enquiries (701318).

Callers to these old numbers will be told these are no longer in use and to call the new number (701310) instead.

As always, it may be quicker to deal with your enquiry with one of our online forms. Here are some of the common requests:

• Ordering a new bin, bag or box.  
• Booking a slot at the Recycling Centre. 
• Report overflowing litter bins.
