Train of Lights

Hundreds of people from Torbay’s Fostering, Special Guardians, families with additional needs, as well as our care experienced young people, enjoyed taking part in Dartmouth Steam Railway’s annual Christmas Train of Lights. Thank you to Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company for hosting the event and to Fostering South West and Mood Bears for supporting the event.
