You might have the right to support if you:
- are aged 16 to 25
- have been in our care for at least 13 weeks since your 14th birthday. Four of these weeks must be after your 16th birthday
Your care may have included:
- foster care
- residential care (like a children’s home)
- time in custody (like a young offender institution or secure children’s home)
- if you arrived alone in the UK to seek asylum before 18
