We use an electronic tendering platform for all formal tendering requirements. eTendering is our preferred method of advertising and managing our contracting opportunities.
We encourage all current and potential suppliers interested in tendering for our business to register on the eTendering platform. Registering is free of charge.
Once registered, you will receive automatic notification of any tenders we and any other participating local authorities advertise.

To bid for a passenger transport contract, you will need to register and complete the accreditation and enrolment process using our Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). You can join this via Supplying the Southwest.
Your business will need to meet Devon County Council’s criteria for the provision of passenger transport services. DPS guidance is also available on the system.
