Medical renewal
Find out how to renewal your medical certificate as part of you licensed driver’s requirements.
Part of a licensed driver’s requirement is that an up to date medical is in place. If you have had a change in your medical health, you must inform us immediately and in some cases a new medical check will be required.
Applications
We will notify you if we require a new or updated medical in advance of it expiring.
You can download the medical form below. You will need to get your GP or medical practice to complete it.
In addition to your own GP, or medical practice, we accept medical examinations carried out by a GP at another medical practice, or any GMC (General Medical Council) registered doctor who is licensed to practice in the UK providing the doctor has access to your full medical records.
Important – If using a GP at another medical practice, or any GMC registered doctor, they MUST have access to your full medical records and NOT a summary. We cannot accept any medical examination where a full set of records have not been used.
