Make a change to your registration

If you already have a licence to carry out skin piercing, acupuncture (microneedling), electrolysis or tattooing, you can apply to make changes to it. This applies if you need to:

• amend an existing premises registration, for example, changing the business name
• amend an existing practitioner’s registration, for example, which activities your practitioners are registered to carry out
• change the registration holder’s name, for example, updating to a married name.

The cost to make any amendment to an existing licence is £57.
