Noise from licensed premises

A guide for licensed premises applicants on the noise issues which need to be addressed as part of their Operating Schedule.

When applying for a premises licence we require an Operating Schedule to be submitted with the application detailing how public nuisance, including noise, will be prevented.

This following provides guidance to applicants on the noise issues, which need to be addressed as part of the Operating Schedule, including the assessment and control of noise from licensed premises.
