The South Devon Business Centre is located within the award winning Hi-Tech & Digital Centre, which opened in 2019. The office suite offers:

The office suite contained within SWEC is ideal for small start-up businesses, offering 10 offices at 70 sq ft each. Aimed at zero carbon goal for residential buildings, it is built and certified to the Passivhaus standard. 

Cockington Court craft studios

The 25 craft studios at Cockington in Torquay are located within 450 acres of parkland. They can be found to the rear of the Grade II listed manor house.
