Eligibility

Allotments in Torbay are available to all members of the public and are becoming increasingly more popular.
The allotments managed by TOR2 have waiting times running at approximately a two to three year wait (longer on some sites), if you would like to place your name on the waiting list please email: allotments@tor2.co.uk for an application form. As soon as we receive your form, your details will be recorded and placed on the waiting list for the sites you have selected.
The waiting list is managed in strict date order and if you are next on the waiting list, an Allotment Offer Letter will be sent to you, confirming which plot and site is available and the cost. We ask that this letter is replied to within 10 days to confirm whether you would like to accept or decline the offer. On confirmation that you would like to accept the plot, a lease agreement is then issued to be signed and witnessed. The new plot holder can then start cultivating their allotment.
You may also wish to enter the Bay Blooms competition which has categories for both beginners and advanced allotment holders. Please visit the Bay Blooms page for more information.

Fees

For all fees please contact TOR2 or the relevant Allotment Association directly using the contact information above.
