Council tax and housing benefit accounts are currently unavailable via My Torbay. If you need to check your account, please call 01803 207201 or use the council tax enquiry form or benefits enquiry form.

My Torbay is changing to improve our digital services.
Once you have registered for your new My Torbay account, you will be able to do more with us when and where you want 24/7:

Once you have created your new account you will need to link your Council Tax account by choosing 'my accounts and claims' from the navigation.
