Both orders will be introduced under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. These will include greater restrictions on the consumption of alcohol in defined public spaces, carrying unsealed containers of alcohol and powers to help challenge people involved in anti-social behaviour, nuisance, or disturbance.
