Tenants will be able to find better information to make informed decisions when entering into a tenancy agreement.
All private sector landlords need to register for the Database.
The new PRS Database, introduced under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, is not yet live.
Once launched in late 2026, landlords need to register their properties.
