The Torquay Pottery Collectors Society (TPCS) aims to raise the profile of the pottery produced in Torquay and South Devon in the second half of the 19th century through to the latter years of the 20th century and to promote the interest in and collecting of that pottery.

Most people associate Torquay Pottery with mass-produced souvenir ware with mottoes in the Devon dialect, through this exhibition you will get to view 75-80 pots that showcase the magnificent range of Art Pottery produced by the potteries in the local area, from 1869 when the Watcombe Pottery was established, right through to 2011 when the Dartmouth Pottery closed.
