We have posted copies of the paper surveys and letters for the consultation on our proposed changes to the Council Tax Support Scheme - so please keep an eye out in case you get one, and if you do, please complete the survey.

These are being sent to two different groups with 3,000 being sent to those who are in receipt of Council Tax Support and also to a random sample of 3,000 other residents in the Bay. This second sample group for the survey covers both residents who are of working age and those who are of pension age.

The paper surveys that have been sent out also have a QR code with a link to the online survey, so if you prefer to do the survey that way rather than filling out the paper copy, another option is to scan the QR code with your phone and do the survey that way.
