Our thoughts and sympathy go out to the family and friends of the late Councillor Jane Barnby.

The Goodrington and Roseland councillor sadly passed away on 26 February, serving residents in Torbay for the last 11 years.

As a mark of respect, flags will be flown at half-mast at the Town Hall in Torquay until sunset on the day of her funeral.
