Ian Arrow, HM Senior Coroner for Plymouth, Torbay and South Devon, has announced that he will be retiring on the 31 March 2023.

Matthew Fairclough-Kay, Director of Corporate Services at Torbay Council, said: “Ian has served Torbay for many years. We thank him for his long, professional and dedicated service and we all wish him the very best for the future”.

From the 1 April, Philip Spinney, HM Senior Coroner for Exeter, will become the Acting Senior Coroner for Plymouth, Torbay and South Devon.
