We are continuing to experience delays to waste and recycling collections due to the ongoing national HGV driver shortages in the logistics sector. This shortage is impacting waste and recycling services, as well as supermarkets and restaurants, in all local authority areas. This may mean that your collection takes place on a different day to normal.

Please continue to leave your boxes, bins and seagull sacks ready for collection and SWISCo will get to them as soon as possible.

We are continuing to advertise to recruit drivers and would like to acknowledge the hard work our employees are putting in to attempt to catch up on these collections.
