Video footage of Torbay's most recent royal visit is now available to view and share.
HRH the Earl of Wessex visited Torbay on Wednesday 3 May 2017. One of the purposes of this visit was to raise awareness about homelessness in Torbay and to show the innovative approach by local partnerships to address the issue.
The visit also aimed to raise awareness of the work being carried out to protect and enhance Torbay’s natural environment and cultural sector.
HRH the Earl of Wessex also heard about Adult Social Care in Torbay and how the Purple Angel approach is now supporting people living with dementia across the world.
He visited:
- Torquay Town Hall
- Leonard Stocks Hostel, Torquay
- Shekinah, Growing for Life, Paignton
- Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust, Occombe Farm, Paignton
- Paignton Picture House Trust, Paignton
- The Purple Angel Memory Café, Torquay
