James Mellors, Director said: “The Mellors Group would like to say a big thank you to the people of Torbay. We’ve really enjoyed our third-year stay everyone has once again made us feel so very welcome.

“As a small gesture of our thanks, we would like to invite the public and all involved to come and enjoy the display with us at 6pm on Sunday 26 October by the observation wheel on what will be our final operational day in Torquay.
