Torbay Council is urging local residents to have their say on which services they feel best support them and their families.
The Children’s Services and Housing departments in Torbay Council, along with health providers and voluntary and community organisations, would like to know who parents approach for support around issues affecting their families and how they would like to access this support. These views will help the council, and their partners, provide the right support for all families in the Bay.
The 'Family Support' questionnaire can be found here: www.torbay.gov.uk/fis and is available for residents to complete until Friday 30 September 2014.
Councillor Ken Pritchard, Executive Lead for Children, Schools and Families, said: "we are committed to listening and learning from local families and this questionnaire will provide us with invaluable information to develop our services and improve the support available for our children, young people and their parents. Please take the time to complete this questionnaire so we can continue to support you and your family in the best way that helps you."
To receive a paper copy of this questionnaire contact the Torbay Family Information Service on 0800 328 5974 or email fis@torbay.gov.uk.
