In partnership with Willmott Dixon and Milligan, we have launched a public consultation on exciting plans to redevelop the northern side of The Strand on Torquay’s harbourside. The multi-million-pound development, which stretches along Torquay’s picturesque harbourside will transform the area into a welcoming destination, that would attract new visitors and offer year-round employment opportunities for local people.
