Imagine an album entitled 'Worlds Favourite Classical Guitar Music' and you'll get a flavour of the pieces Robert Drury has gathered together for his concert 'Guitarra Romantica'.
Over the years a handful of classical guitar compositions have captured the public's imagination. Robert will perform many of these classics including 'Cavatina' from the film 'The Deer Hunter', 'Recuerdos de la Alhambra', and 'Romanza' alongside some of his own compositions.
This is an evening where, just briefly, you can shut out the rest of the world, sit back and lose yourself in the beautiful and evocative performance of some of the most romantic and captivating guitar pieces ever written.
